Typically turnaround is 5-10 days from approval of the digital proof depending on the quantity of your order, shape, size of credential and variable data setup. We can create your backstage passes much faster if need be though. If you need a fast turn around call us at (866)955-8247. Can you send me samples? Yes, just fill our our sample request form here. I'm in a last minute hurry, do you complete rush orders? We do have rush orders. Contact us at (866)955-8247 and we'll be able to walk you through the costs and if your turn around time is possible. We can turn around projects very fast, sometimes faster than you would expect. Can I get a physical proof? Yes. There is a $25.00 fee for hard, or physical proofs. Digital proofs are always free. I already have my artwork completed for my backstage pass. Can you lay it out? Yes, there is no charge for layout of completed artwork. Can all Access Name Tags & Credentials design my name tags, credentials, backstage passes or laminates for my meeting, event, festival or concert? Yes, you can utilize All Access Design Services to assist you in the graphic design and layout of your project. Just call and ask for someone in design services. I'm not sure if my artwork is set-up correctly. Can I send it to you for review? Yes, you can submit your artwork at artsubmissions@allaccesstags.com and just let us know that you would like us to check to make sure the file is correct. There is no charge for this service.
